Baby #3 Adoption Timeline

November 2nd, 2018-Adoption Benefit Praise and Worship Night with Leo Church
October 16th, 2018-Home Study Home Visit
October 10th, 2018-T-Shirt Sales Ended Earned $1392.27
October 10th, 2018-Mailed Information Packet for Home Study
October 5th, 2018-Sent Application to Adoption and Family Support Network for Home Study Service
October 3rd 2018-Accepted into Quiver Full Program on Inactive Wait List
September 25th, 2018-Sent Application to Quiver Full
September 20th, 2018 -Launched t-shirt Fundraiser through Bonfire.com
September 14th, 2018-Felt God's Timing to begin adoption

Nile's Adoption Timeline

September 19th, 2018- Met with adoption case worker. Submitted all documents need for finalization
Septemeber 18th, 2018- Signed Petition for Adoption and sent to Attorney
August 9th, 2018- Case transferred to Adoption unit
March 19th, 2018-Birth parents both signed rights for us to adopt Nile
November 29th, 2017- Birth mom decided after meeting us she wanted to sign her right for us to adopt Nile
November 29th, 2017- Met birth mom at a court hearing
September 18, 2017- Met birth dad at a visit
March 28th, 2017- Bryson moved into our home and we began calling him Nile
March 18th, 2017- First overnight visit in preparation for transition
March 7th, 2017- Got approval to being transition visits. Transition set for March 28th
March 1st, 2017- Home study/foster license approved by DCS Headquarters
February 24th, 2017- Supervised visit to determine relationship between us and Bryson
January 4th, 2017- Home visit and completed paperwork for home study-submitted to DCS headquarters for approval
October 31st, 2016- Started the home study process through Allen County DCS
October 20th, 2016- Began babysitting Bryson to build relationship/connection
October 10th, 2016- Began making phone calls to DCS to try to get licensed
October 3rd, 2016- God opened our hearts to adopt Bryson!

January 20, 2015- Wren's Adoption Finalized!
October 14, 2014- Second (of two) post placement visit
August 28, 2014- First (of Two) Post Placement Visit
August 23, 2014- Finally Home with Wren Danielle
August 20, 2014- Illinois ICPC Approval Granted & We are Free to go HOME!!
August 15, 2014- Florida ICPC Approval Granted, Packet Sent to Illinois
August 11, 2014- We are discharged from Hopsital & ICPC Packet is Filed with State of Florida
August 10, 2014- Rights are Signed by Birth mom and She is Discharged from Hospital
August 9, 2014- Wren Danielle's Birthday!!
August 5, 2014- Went to Dr. Apptointment with Birthmom
August 2, 2014- Left for Florida
May 29, 2014-Went to Dr. appointment with birth mom. Heartbeat/Sono!
March 29, 2014-Birthmom chose to make an Adoption Plan!
February 18, 2014-Met with Birth Family in Florida!
January 12, 2014-Sent Birth Family our Profile Book
December 11, 2013-Initial Contact With Birthmom
September 12, 2013-Officially Waiting...
September 5, 2013-Meeting with Adoption Attorney-Kirsten Bays
August 17, 2013-Profile Book Complete & Ordered!
July 23, 2013-Received a Copy of Our Completed Home Study Report in the Mail!
July 18, 2013-Received Foster Home (Adopt Only) License in the Mail!
July 10, 2013-Fifth & Final Meeting with Family Core! (Home Visit)
July 1, 2013-The Journey of Attachment Online Adoption Class #3 Complete
June 25, 2013-Let's Talk Adoption Online Adoption Class #2 Complete
June 7, 2013-Third & Fourth Meetings with Family Core (Individual Meetings)
June 4, 2013-Grief and Loss Online Adoption Class #1 Complete
May 28, 2013-Second Meeting with Family Core
May 20, 2013-Child/Infant CPR Training Completed
